Outsourcing is not good!!!

A lot of the companies, especially involved in the online business are outsourcing their staff to different countries to cut the expenses. For the salary that a US employee earns a week the company can pay for couple of month of work to people from such countries like India, Thailand. Why PhDWorks.org does no outsourcing? Because it is proven that most of the time the quality of the work provided by non-native speakers, especially when we are talking about a professional custom paper writing site, is not that high. All of our employees are native speakers to make sure that the client is understood when we are talking about the support team and that the work is done on a supreme level, when we are talking about actual writing of the custom paper.
