You can watch many movies dedicated to the entrance college or university. At the majority of movies, representatives of colleges or universities want to see not ordinary student, but extraordinary student.
So, you task is to remember all your positive qualities, interests, hobbies, good things, which you have done and other positive features. Then you have to select all negative features, which you have and all bad things, which you have done. If you think that you aren’t enough objective, ask your friends, relatives, parents, teachers about yourself, your advantages and disadvantages. In such a way, you will get your verbal portrait. Now your work is to present all this material in such extraordinary way, which can impress and surprise members of Admission Committee.
